We had such a fun time here. I thought we’d just pop in for a bit, but then the music was going, the kids found one thing after another to do, and suddenly no one wanted to leave. i had a great time watching them run around and get so excited. It was one of those places where you’re already thinking, okay, we’re definitely coming back, before you’ve even left...

We had a good time at the trampoline area. It was fun and seemed clean, which I appreciated. I did feel like the attractions were just okay though, it was great for about an hour, but after that everything started to feel similar. The kids still had fun, so that’s what matters. I’d probably go back if we were already nearby.

I wanted to enjoy it, but honestly... the rules just got in the way. It felt like every time things started getting fun, there was another restriction or reminder, and it kind of killed the vibe for me

I had to redo the waiver twice, which was a super fun way to spend my time, obviously. It took forever, and the staff didn’t really jump in to help much, so the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be

I’ve been to places before where the rules were kind of unclear and it made things feel a bit stressful, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff were keeping an eye on everyone, the rules were easy to understand, and overall I felt really safe the whole time

I booked my tickets online and it did go through, but the first impression wasn’t great. The pages were loading slowly, and the checkout was a little confusing at the start, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be. I did get the confirmation email without any issues, so it wasn’t a total mess. Just not the smoothest experience.

It’s not bad overall, but I do wish the savings were better. I feel like I’ve had to be way more patient than I wanted to be just to see a small payoff. It works fine, but I was hoping for a bit more.

The kids did have some fun, so I’ll give it that, but the place felt messy and it seemed like we were kind of on our own the whole time. The staff didn’t really go out of their way to help, which was frustrating because it always feels like we end up being the ones dealing with the hassle. Not the worst experience, but definitely not somewhere I’d be in a hurry to go back to.

It wasn’t great. The snacks were cold, which kind of ruined it right away, and then the drinks didn’t help either because they tasted flat. I was expecting something quick and decent, but yeah, between the weird snack situation and the drinks being off, I wouldn’t rush back.

My kids definitely had a good time, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad experience, because it wasn’t. They ran around, stayed busy, and enjoyed themselves, which is obviously the main reason we went. But for me, the price just felt a little too high for what you actually get. The admission alone already isn’t cheap, and then once you add in the required socks and a couple of snacks or drinks, the total climbs quickly. It’s one of those places where you think it’ll be a simple outing, but by the time you’re done paying for everything, it feels like more than you expected. The place itself was fine, nothing terrible, but also nothing that made me feel like it was worth making a regular thing. I’d maybe go once in a while as a treat, but I wouldn’t consider it a good value for repeat visits.

We went on a packed afternoon, so I expected check-in to be a whole ordeal. It was one of those days where the kids were already asking for snacks before we even got inside, so I was bracing myself. But the line actually moved faster than I thought. The staff found our waiver right away and got the kids their wristbands quickly, which was a relief. The only minor thing was that the line wasn’t super clear at first, so we stood in the wrong spot for about a minute like confused tourists. Not a big deal though. Overall, it was a good visit and way less stressful than I expected

We went on a Saturday, so it was definitely busy, but I have to give the staff credit because they kept the lines moving well. They also did a good job splitting up bigger groups so things didn’t feel too chaotic. A few spots got a little crowded, but overall it still felt mostly organized and under control. My kids had a really fun time, seeing them so happy made the whole day worth it.

This was not a good experience for a birthday party. Everything felt messy and behind schedule, and the staff seemed like they didn’t really know what was going on. What made it even more frustrating was that some of the terms seemed to change from what we were originally told, which is really annoying when you’re trying to plan something special. Definitely not what I expected.

There was a good variety of activities, and the kids stayed busy for quite a while, which was nice. I’m not totally sure how well everything will hold up over time, though, so I’m a little on the fence about the overall quality

I brought my kids here and they had a good time, so that part was nice. But I left feeling kind of uneasy because the staff watching the trampoline areas seemed distracted. There were some bigger kids running around and bumping into smaller ones, and no one really stepped in until parents started saying something. It put me in that stressed-out parent mode where I felt like I had to keep my eyes on everything the entire time. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was definitely hoping for better supervision.

We tried taking the kids to Elevate Trampoline Park last weekend, and the hours online didn’t really match what was happening when we got there. The website made it seem like they were open, we showed up and they weren’t taking walk-ins or maybe had a private event going on. Frustrating after loading everyone up and driving over. I’m sure the place is probably fun when you can actually get in, but they really need to update the website or post schedule changes more clearly. Not the worst thing ever, just not a great experience.

My kids had a good time here, they really did. But some of the trampoline pads, they looked worn out, and in a few spots it felt a little loose, not super great. The staff was nice and friendly, so that part was good. I just wish the equipment was kept up a bit better, is all.

Our party host was friendly and did help out during the event, which we appreciated. That said, we still found ourselves having to ask around for a few things instead of everything being taken care of or clearly explained. Overall, we still had a good time and the host was pleasant, but a little more attentiveness would have made the experience smoother.

We had a really good time at Elevate Trampoline Park. The customer service was nice too. The guy at the front desk explained the waiver stuff in a simple way and did not make it feel like a hassle. He also helped us sort out a ticket mix-up quickly. I am giving 4 stars only because the line moved kind of slow once it got busy. But the staff stayed friendly the whole time and did not act annoyed, which I appreciated. I would definitely go back again.

I was in a good mood when I came in, and I noticed the floors were mostly clean. There were maybe a few spots here and there, but overall they looked fine.
